The constitution is not subjective.

Oh come on.

Of course it is.

The Constitution is full of ambiguous language.

Only if you are trying to subvert it and change the meanings of words to fit an agenda.

It doesnt matter what harris does. Trump can ahow hiw she failed with these last 4 years at protecting the borders. The cost of groceries. The unstable foreign policies this administration has.

Have at it. That is a fair approach and a logical one. I don’t think Trump will be able to keep himself from darker conspiracy laden attacks, but who knows?

Interpreting it is. Hence dissenting opinions.

Yes meaning criminal there is evidence and a jury finds guilty based on evidence. Not the case in civil.

In the civil case the jury was required to determine if Trump sexually assaulted her and therefore she was slandered. They heard evidence and testimony and determined that yes, he did.

The standard for that determination is lower than in a criminal trial, but the jury in the civil case did in fact determine he sexually assaulted her.

i have made my distrust of polls knkwn regularly however I know I am a minority with that opinion. So for you invested in polls looks like trouble for Trump. New poll shows Harris two points ahead.

i now await the inevitable picking apart of the poll by The Maga crowd who never do the same when it shows Trump ahead :grinning:

Maybe we’re all experts in that tactic because we are prone to getting emotional about politics.
