It’s also a reflection of the various projects a VP takes on during their time in the White House. VPs have core staff, but then take on staff for specific projects that don’t last the entirety of their 4 years. So there’s a lot of coming and going depending on what projects are currently funded.
Are her family able to move with her? Her job? Her husband’s job/ The elderly parent she is caring for? Her church? Her community? So you are saying that a person who lives on a farm that has been in their family for a hundred years can just up and move?
