Dems think Harris is going to get the black vote. She’s not.
My people don’t like her and she’s not “black.”
A woman from Alabama can move to where she feels comfortable. With states rights, everyone can be happy. It allows choice throughout the country.

She’s not getting less of the black vote than Biden did. Your people are white… and many white people like her.

I think letting each individual woman decide for themselves is the way to allow everyone to get what they want.
The women who are against abortion can choose not to have an abortion.
The women who need or want one, can choose to have one.
The current compromise results in large sections of the country in which millions of women can’t excercise that choice.
Yes they can. Just go over the F’ing border. Who cares where they live. Do we have to kiss their ass too?

Why should she have to?
Why not just let everyone decide for themselves?
Against abortion? Don’t have one. OK with it? Do it.

This is bad argument in two ways.
The reality is, lots of people can’t just ‘go across the state border’. Iagine being dirt poor in the middle of texas. travelling out of state would cost real money and a lot of time off work.
Also, states are contemplating restricting travel or otherwise preventing or punishing people for going out of state for abortions.
If you’d rather not admit this truth and you wnt to pretend that banning abortion at the state level has no effect on abortion rates, then why do it?

proves it’s subjective.
Not if the judge is a constitutionalist. The criteria are written in black and yellow.
Your lib judges, on the other hand, are corrupt. Just the way you like it.
You’re a lib. You’ll never learn. Keep trolling.

This is pretty bad…
Elected in November 2020, Harris took the oath of office in January 2021.
As of March 31, 2024, only four of the initial 47 staffers from the first year are still employed – consistently and without interruption – by the Vice President.
Furthermore, the turnover chaos isn’t getting better. In the trailing 12-month period, 24 staffers left — that’s almost half the employees.

Why should she have to?
Your question indicates that you DO want to force it on every state.
That’s not pro-“choice”. That’s flat-out PRO_ABORTION.
Which demonstrates what Wu is saying:

We would love to have that debate.
Every time that debate has factored into an election since Dobbs, DEMs have won.
Please push it.
Individual Rights should be greater than State’s Rights.
Now, imagine how she’ll treat the rest of the nation if she’s elected.

The very fact that judges reach different conclusions proves the job of writing opinions is subjective.
