The Supreme Court’s job is to interpret the Constitution. If the Constitution were so black and white, we would not need a branch of government whose sole job is to interpret it.
It’s one poll and its within the margin of error. Team Harris will smile; Team Trump will scowl and everyone will get back to work.
Trump’s persistent lead over Biden in the polls was steady but very small. Get out the vote efforts will probably be crucial to determining the outcome. More interesting than polls would be to count the number of people working on GOTV for each party.

Where? And how many of the posts you are seeing were generated by bots from less than friendly countries. I spend time on a lot of progressive sites and didn’t see anything that could be called cheering for the assassination attempt.
Completely agree. The get out to vote campaigns are going to be critical. I have said that previously but some Trump supporters on this forum seem to think Trumps win is inevitable so I hope Trumps team is taking the Hillary approach.

I’m sure there are some nut jobs who said awful things and ten times as many AI generated versions of such posts. But can you name one person with any position of responsibility who praised the Trump assassination attempt?
