Remember the conspiracy theories about COVID internment camps?

They are not just theories.

Now that’s just plain freaky. I look forward to hearing our own Aussie’s take on this?

Good Lord.

Covid extreme threat to health? Lol.

Un ■■■■■■■ believable.

Libs…you support this ■■■■■

The government has put everyone in the affected areas under house arrest. They are not allowed to leave their homes.

The only exception is medical treatment.

“Residents of Binjari and Rockhole no longer have the five reasons to leave their homes,” said Northern Territory chief minister, Michael Gunner, referring to the country’s five allowable reasons to avoid lockdown (buying food and supplies, exercising for up to two hours, care or caregiving, work or education if it can’t be done from home, and to get vaccinated at the nearest possible location).
“They can only leave for medical treatment, in an emergency, or as required by law.”

The area has a high indigenous population. Is the policy racist as well?

Wow, they’re sending the military after their own citizens and scooping them up into internment camps.

Who woulda thunk it. :man_shrugging:

Quarantines existed before COVID. :grinning:

These “camps” are for individuals who are unable to quarantine at home.

Health authorities in South Australia are racing to organise quarantine “camps” for Aboriginal people unable to quarantine at home.

“It has been identified that facilities would be required for the quarantining of persons who would otherwise be unable to home quarantine due to their living circumstances,” the tender document stated.

Aborigines in camps.

Now there’s a plan.

Let’s not pretend it’s voluntary.

How many dead citizens I ask.

So much for low mortality.

It’s low mortality if you don’t die.

It’s high if you do.

Allan

Why yes, low mortality rate in a very large population can be a lot of people, doesn’t change the fact that it’s low.

In certain age brackets it is high.

Allan

Are they only quarantining those people?

Because low mortality people can transmit the disease to high mortality people. Duh.

Allan

So would you like us to do it too?

I’m not pretending either way. Just providing information.

That is why high-mortality people should choose to get vaccinated and to avoid contact with infected persons.
