At least, we should expect the professionals to act professionally – more often.
I said this in another thread about a different issue (regarding a different issue where we would expect certain things from leaders):
People can make mistakes. Sometimes horrible mistakes. We expect those issues to be minimized, and more so in certain roles. If the person demonstrates that he can NOT avoid those issues, he needs to be removed from that role. And if the “mistake” is actually criminal, then he need immediate removal (and whatever prosecution the act requires.)
