Funny. For thousands of years of human history little boys and girls were never confused about what gender they were. Itās only been the last few decades that this problem has popped up. Itās almost as if itās something people of a particular ideology have recently started teaching little children they are confused about and little impressionable children have begun to realize they are actually confused about. 
Iām sure that canāt be it though, because what kind of sick people would actually teach little boys and girls that they arenāt actually little boys and girls? Whatās next, encouraging little boys and girls to have their genitals permanently mutilated and claiming boys can have babies!!! Surely THAT would really be a level of depravity that no human being could ever reachā¦

One of my friends went to Singapore for a sex change operation. It is fine to use the female locker room. She is totally committed and i recognixe her as female. Incidently i have a lot if respect for her.
She transitioned as an adult and made the transition well as an adult.
Yes, they exist as a member of one sex posing as the other sex. It has never been an issue of them not existing. The lie is that they exist in the physical world as the sex conjured in their psychotic delusional minds.

My friend who went to Singapore for a medical adjustment is totally committed and has been rebuilt and johnson was removed. She is living in her engineered reality. I say she is not delusional.
He is still just a male, surgically altered to appear outwardly as a biological female. That is the reality of his existence. His delusion is believing that his engineered reality is real. The inability to accept reality and instead holding a delusion as truth, is one of the primary ways that psychosis presents in mentally ill humans.
