No they won’t. With no hostages to worry about, the Israelis will flood the tunnels to drown the rats.

Wrong.
No it’s not. They haven’t been israelíes for millennia.
And using them interchangeably in todays culture is silly and well wrong.
Jewish religion and/or heritage aside, Israel is a staunch ally … our only real ally in the ME … and Netanyahu represents that country. The disrespect Democrats have shown for him and Israel is deplorable. But it is incomprehensible how any Jewish Democrat can go along with it. “Chickens for KFC” is just as an appropriate label for them as it is for the LGBTQ crowd protesting for Hamas.
Sooooo well explained !

If Hamas laid down its arms right now there would be peace. If Israel laid down its arms right now…they would be destroyed.

Absolutely NO doubt.

Such BS. No one is suggsting unilaterial disarmament. Just stop the invasion and occupation of Gaza.

She can’t do it.
Israel isn’t going to do things against their own interest just because a Kommie might withhold some money from them.
A real threat of having the arms pipeline cut off, and then a short taste of what it would be like to be off of Uncle Sam’s teat might do wonders for attitude adjustment. Might be just what is needed for the Israeli’s to finally oust Netanyahu.
Netanyahu is Israeli’s Trump.
At this point throwing him out would be suicidal for Israel.
Same here…4 more y of Liberal rule here would be devastating for America and for Israel.

Netanyahu is Israeli’s Trump.
I think you meant that is a good way. But, in fact, you’re correct - two dictator wannabes who are facing the real threat of prison if out of office.

Jewish religion and/or heritage aside, Israel is a staunch ally …
This gets said a lot, but can some one explain how Israel has been an ally of the US in recent memory?

So what exactly are you saying? Should Israel say, “release all of the remaining hostages, and we’ll go home and leave you be.”? Do you think that would create a lasting peace?
How about real liberty? Since Israel left Gaza in 2007, it has kept the area sequestered by land and blockaded by sea. So, yes, go home and leave them be, with actual access to the rest of the community of nations.

No they won’t. With no hostages to worry about, the Israelis will flood the tunnels to drown the rats.
Should have done this from day one instead of making the civilian population perpetual refugees.

Netanyahu a) has dragged US into more conflict than any other PM before
he hasn’t dragged us into any conflicts. w
If that is so, please explain why we have two carrier groups parked off of Israel for the sole stated purpose of defending them?
To try and keep it from escalating into a world war instead of a regional one.

To try and keep it from escalating into a world war instead of a regional one.
OK, but the objection that I was responding to was that we had not been dragged into Israel’s conflict. Your response demonstrates my point, which is that we had.
It wasn’t Isreals doing it was Hamas.
That sounds fantastic until a huge terrorist attack comes out of Gaza like it always does.
Then what? How would you respond to that.
no we have haven’t. Not one American soldier is fighting for Israel anywhere and never has
Well then why are the only times hostages are found they’re dead.

It wasn’t Isreals doing it was Hamas
And you don’t think that the harda$$ tactics of Netanyahu toward the Palestinians had anything to do with Hamas’ actions? I’m not justifiying the October incursion that precipitated all of this, but neither do I retreat from the assertion that Netanyahu dragged us into this.

Not one American soldier is fighting for Israel anywhere and never has
BS. We have two carrier groups in harms way because of this.
You do recall Israel rescued 4 of them about two weeks ago I presume
neither is in harm’s way.

And you don’t think that the harda$$ tactics of Netanyahu toward the Palestinians had anything to do with Hamas’ actions?
no, they did not. Israel left Hamas alone for years, it resulted in 10/7

I’m not justifiying the October incursion that precipitated all of this
yes you are, repeatedly

neither do I retreat from the assertion that Netanyahu dragged us into this.
we haven’t been dragged into anything

neither is in harm’s way.
That’s not the song anyone was singing when the Houthis were firing missiles at them.
