Am I arguing?
I love it when people like you will hold all of a group to what one does…EXCEPT for white males.

Show me where I’ve done that.
I didn’t change anything I your response. If you are referring to my selection off what I was responding to for clarity in my response, I’m cooing to politely decline your request.
Your quote and your reply is misrepresentation of what I originally wrote. Changing a quote used to be a no-no in the previous forum, perhaps it’s not a problem now. Regardless, your response had nothing to do with what I originally posted.

Just then…on the post I replied to.

If only there was an edit function

Nope. That’s not one.

That’s exactly what you did…you held all women candidates to what one woman has been like. Own it.

Nope. I said that when you decide your vote based on gender rather than qualifications, Waters, Pelosi and the female Clinton are what you get. Hillary was nominated because “we need a woman president” and because “it’s her turn”. Had the democrats looked at her actual qualifications rather than her gender, then Donald Trump might not be president today. But hey, thanks for that. My 401k is still loving it
Sure, on a macro scale, the DNC might want to think globally about the direction of it’s party. On a local level, like in New York’s 14th district, they liked Ocasio-Cortez. Is this the first domino in a wave of socialist activism? Who knows. I personally don’t think so. Perhaps in the more urban, diverse districts. But will it catch on in other Democrat leaning communities? Hard to say.
Also this is the Boogie Down Bronx we’re talking about here. They’re hardly a representative sample of Middle America.
this is interesting
Nice try. Choosing a person for a job based on the configuration of their genitalia is a mistake. If a woman is the best qualified candidate, then choose her for the job. If she’s not the best qualified, then chose the person that is.

Yes, the only thing that makes women’s experience as an American different is the fact that they one of those things the President likes to grab.
We don’t hire politicians because of their experience. Hardly ever. With any luck they are somewhat representative of the electorate they represent. It’s good when our elected officials represent from a diversity of perspectives and backgrounds. For you to reduce the American Woman as simply “people with vaginas” is embarrassingly ignorant.
Yeah? Obama was a reality tv star? I had no idea.
That’s fine. Hopefully they have more to offer than body parts.

That’s astounding.

It’s is pretty funny that you’re making this about competence and voted for dude with literally no qualifications.
Well, considering I was a Cruz supporter … but I digress.
I must say I have been pleasantly surprised by President Trump and he has my support.
Oh… and Trump was much more than a 28 year old bartender when elected POTUS. No comparison on experience.
And I believe we can both agree that “experienced” politicians are the problem with this country - on both sides of the isle.

Didn’t vote for Trump in the general?

I don’t know why you think I’d agree with that. Politics is a profession for a reason, it requires political skills.
Lol Trump had no political or military experience. He’s literally the least qualified president in American history.
