Absolutely we can. And should. Without rounding up citizens and legals and without locking them up in a terrorist prison without a trial.

And for the future, I agree this should stop. Prison and deportation should be separate. Dragging back clearly guilty parties, especially citizens of El Salvador, to give them trials is a waste. Plus not something we can force El Salvador to do.

He is not “clearly guilty” of anything without the trial.
More obviously guilty of smuggling and gang activity and wife beating than many who got a trial.
I understand you feel that way, but a man is not guilty legally until he has been convicted in a real court.
He may be the worst person who ever lived. But prison requires a conviction and sentencing.
