Which process is due is established by precedent of the Supreme Court. Deportations like cecot came to an end when the court ruled tha Habeas corpus remained open to people subject to detention and removal.

That doesn’t give anyone the right to ignore due process requirements of our founding document the Constitution and related laws. It truly is the cornerstone of our entire system of justice. Demanding it is not “gumming” up the works, it is demanding the same rights afforded to all.

I agree with all of that, every word. You still can’t throw due process out the window to do it, which in some cases is exactly what we are doing. Unacceptable.

The “tried” part, and the “convicted” part are colossal wastes of time and money.

There’s nothing to argue, nothing to debate, nothing to appeal, nothing to prove. You’re either legal or you arnt. And if you arnt: get the hell out.

Want precedent? Trespassing laws. If I go into WalMart and break their rules, they don’t need a court order to trespass me from their property. As the property owner they decide on their own if I’m welcome or not. And if I’m not, I’m removed and told to never return.

Illegals are just national trespassers. They’ve been told to leave…. If they remain, remove them.
