Flooding the country with illegals, then whining about due process is sabotage. The people who made it happen should be run out of office. The remedy is to roundup the invaders and deport them. They made this happen and are the first to cry when the remedy is applied.

Actually, the people who made it happen were run out of office, largely because of it.
Cecot was the anomaly. Personally, though it ultimately got Venezuela to take back their gang members, I don’t think it was worth it.
As to due process, what process is due is not mentioned in the Constitution. The Supreme Court is the ultimate arbiter, traditionally, of what process is due. The Trump administration has not repudiated any rulings on this by the Supreme Court.
This due process complaint is all smoke and no fire.

Some of the “due process complaint” is from ignorance, I agree. Some of the courts do not agree there is no fire.

ICE has busted into homes without warrants. That they cannot do. And ICE “warrants” do not meet the requirement.

There was a right way to do this. Trump Inc chose fascism.
