Constitution doesnât say that letting, importing or inviting the foreign invaders en mass is OK.
Thatâs also the most undemocratic and treasonous thing to do.
THEN when the next guy tries to fix that mess you question his MOâŚ
How about kissing his feet and ring and thanking him.
âŚtalk about being âdemocraticââŚwhy are you now WRONG on every 80/20 issue?
Actually, the people who made it happen were run out of office, largely because of it.
Cecot was the anomaly. Personally, though it ultimately got Venezuela to take back their gang members, I donât think it was worth it.
As to due process, what process is due is not mentioned in the Constitution. The Supreme Court is the ultimate arbiter, traditionally, of what process is due. The Trump administration has not repudiated any rulings on this by the Supreme Court.
This due process complaint is all smoke and no fire.
I see this brought up repeatedly. Yet oddly, I donât recall anyone claim that states are required to enforce federal law. I do see people claim that states should assist ICE, but not that they must.
But WE KNOW what libs in power ACTUALLY DID! The fact is that they threw open the border to ANYONE in the world who presented a phony asylum claim. Amongst the millions of people paroled into the country included murderers, rapists, gang members, terrorists, and every other sort of criminal from all over the world. You know them by their ACTIONS more so than by their words.
I am not sure what you think I said about cecot. As to ICE breaking into homes without a warrant Imhave not heard of this, and if it has happened once, I do not believe it is policy.
I would like to know the details of this alleged incident, though.
Comrade we are way past prison sentencing for counter revolutionary behavior. The only just solution is the guillotine. We must create the virtuous MAGA republic.
