No, it’s not. You don’t get to ignore the Constitution just because it’s hard.
Local law enforcement is not bound to do ICE’s work for them.
There are laws against incarcerating people after the case for which they were incarcerated has been adjudicated.

Due process must be used because otherwise, how do you legally know someone is illegal? Without due process, anyone can be deemed illegal and deported.
And I’m not just talking about violent criminals, I’m also talking about the ice cream man.
