Police shooting in kenosha wisconsin

On the face of it, this looks very bad - and the face of it, the video, may be all that matters given the current environment.

No, they can’t. No policy resulted in this incident.

That’s fine if you don’t support it, but it needs to happen. The current status quo is unacceptable.

Then they can get a federal grant for cameras instead of tanks.

I recommend they just find a different job, since apparently very few people appreciate their work. So, let them all find new careers and see if that attitude changes in a few years.

I don’t agree with their work in several cases.

Then address it on a case by case basis. I have no use for a blame them all approach.

Some people just LOVE living under someone’s heel.

what
No it’s not.
He had no weapon, his back was turned, the cop grab his shirt and shot him in the back at point blank range. You can say this dumb ■■■■ because it’s not one of your love ones.

One interesting thing to me is how these incidents are so wide-spread across different operating environments. City size, racial demographics, etc.

Of course policing is done mostly the same way in every place, so I guess it’s not surprising.

Right, not fair, they should wait until he gets a gun from his car first and points it at them, then they can fire and if that gets some cops killed, who cares.

Better to shoot someone in the back seven times at point blank than to have the possibility that he may be able to obtain a weapon that may or may not exist.

The issue is systemic. It happened in a motel hallway in Arizona. On a playground in Ohio. In a street in Minnesota and now a residence in Wisconsin.

It happens in more states than not.

No, because the cops keep using excessive force.

They shouldn’t have let him get to the car.

If that is your logic, I wonder why I didn’t get shot Saturday while getting a speeding ticket. After all, I may have had a gun in the glove box. Why should the trooper have waited to see if I did or not? Why wasn’t I shot?

Don’t be silly.

Cops show up, they should just shoot. After all, the person might have a gun.

So you got shot at with a taser, then evaded them and went to your car, and they didn’t in turn shoot you? Tell us more.

All the more reason for body cameras on ‘all’ cops all the time on duty

Yes it is. And is easily avoided but following legal police orders.

Did you disobey a lawful order or were you doing as directed? Big difference between going into your glove box when asked and going for it when told to keep your hands on the wheel. No idea why I have to explain this stuff to adults.
