Sure. There are levels. But we are always in some stage of chaos. About this thing or another. It also depends on what qualifies as chaos. 
is NORAD still Air Force or did they move it to Space Force?

It’s been the nuttiest three weeks I’ve personally witnessed in American politics. Perception is that we’re not exactly on stable ground.

The whole idea is to test out the response. How fast they can get interceptors and fighters into the air and which radar frequencies are being used.

I’m pretty sure it’s still USAF and CAF (Canadian Air Force).
Trust me guys when a nuclear war is fixing to happen there will be some signs before hand.
If NATO and Russian soldiers ever start killing each other it’s time to hold on to your butts.
They don’t stand a chance in hell against our pilots, and they know that better than any of us.
