Only 7 republicans say they would not vote to remove Trump from office

Actually very illegal.

Oh goodie the broken record defense…

Well that’s not true…so this is the way its gonna be with you? Going for the samething you did with the russia thing…

Because then he can lift sanctions on russia…
Which is the whole point of this. Obama put sanctions on Russia for 2016 and now trump is trying to remove them…

Trump is a russian stooge

Tell Nancy to get it in gear and bring the impeachment to the floor. Just get ready for Republicans to call non-stop witnesses into Burisma, the Bidens and Crowdstrike during that phase. I can’t wait to see Hunter on the stand explaining why he was worth so much money to Burisma.

You read it?

No. We know it did.

The house rules the GOP created and the 116th congress adopted do not allow that kind of testimony… sorry

Yeah in the house, all they do is vote, things change after that if they vote to impeach. I think we can safely assume if democrats bring it to the floor for a vote it will pass. Then it’s trial time and both sides get to call witnesses. Can you arrange for it to happen right around election time? That should work well for Biden.

Do you think Chief Justice Roberts will allow that during a senate trial?

Of course. He will be attempting to show a state interest for his actions. Why would he disallow it?

Can’t wait the hear that defense… He abused the power of presidency to have an investigation when he has a whole DOJ who could investigate Biden… Wouldn’t state interested by pursued by the DOJ?

You don’t think the President is constitutionally empowered to pursue state interests with foreign leaders?

Yes, THROUGH the DOJ… Let’s say they found something… Which would be in the states interest: a prosecution by a foreign nation or a prosecution by the DOJ?

Let’s see that in THE CONSTITUTION.

Why isn’t the DOJ investigating it already?

Weird that he didn’t use the state’s organizations to investigate Biden’s actions

What was the State Department’s knowledge and policy on this matter?

Irrelevant.

Weird? :rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl:
