One week till Marijuana is legal in Canada

You could just go lick a toad.

LOL, with my luck, if I licked a toad I’d probably be rewarded with a prince - a certain Saudi one maybe.

Lol, let’s save him for Jared.

Wouldn’t recommend that. One time I did it, it turned out to be four hits, at least that’s my theory anyway, I had trouble talking for like a month afterwards. That stuff is way too strong to rely on black market dosage control. A few too many drops on the paper and see ya later.

There’s a term some people around here use doe those who believe in big government nanny states telling us what’s best for us and policing us. It’s right on the tip of my communist socialist tyrannical authoritarian tongue.

Then look.

All the legal pot trade has done is to make it even easier and more profitable for the cartels and far easier for them to launder all of their money.

The drug cartels have moved onto infiltrating oil companies. We need to make gasoline illegal.

Nah. We just need to increase oil subsidies because reasons.

Well, that’s stupid.

So is reefer madness

Which is completely preventable. :grinning:

Now show me where it says the mob has taken over weed sales in Colorado. It says they buy some houses and grow weed in them, which is illegal. But you haven’t shown where the “mob” (which usually means the Mafia) has taken over legal weed in Colorado.

Only if you become educated on weed and don’t fall for the reefer madness mentality.

Colorado passed the $! billions sales in August this year - earlier than any other year since legalization - and generated $200 million in taxes. This includes all products. Slower growth than previous years, but that’s to be expected.

Yeah that article didn’t come close to saying what @WildRose claimed

Lol. Nope.

California’s tax revenue hasn’t quite met expectations but was still $134 million for the 1st 6th months of our program

I don’t think that’s too bad for this early, although I’m kind of surprised with the size of CA that they didn’t do more.

A majority of the operators are still waiting on their licenses. The process takes a minimum of 3 months with 6 being the average

If they’re moving into the industry there, is there any doubt they’re going to here? I mean if you can’t keep the drug “mob” out, how do you keep the oil mob from taking over our legal sales?
