Anyone that’s here illegally doesn’t give a damn about the US and it’s laws. Tell me otherwise.
Obviously by nature of the way they enter the country its hard to dispute that. All i can say is there are probably more illegals than people realize here keeping their heads down working and doing their best just to live their lives and raise their families the best they can.
I know a few Brits and Ozzies here that fit exactly into that description. They overstayed their visas but nevertheless are still here illegally.

Real hunger is not an excuse, it’s a reason.
There are alternatives. Plenty of food banks and charities where they could get food.

I am guessing they have no knowledge of those places.
If you were a citizen, the punishment is a 10,000-dollar fine and up to two years in jail. It can be a felony then it is a 25,000-dollar fine and up to four years in jail.
