Poor Obama, he was all set to restock medical PPE supplies, and the mean old TEA party made him not do it.
For one thing, the ventilator shortages went all the way back to 2003. The career professionals at the CDC spent 17 years not doing their jobs.
But what the hell, they spent $15 billion telling taxpayers how to eat better, $90 million on taxpayer grants to Chinese researchers, and $106 million on a really nice visitor center decorated with waterfalls and Japanese gardens and a $200,000 fitness center with saunas and zero-gravity chairs.

They probably won’t get sued, but up to the day before or after this was declared a pandemic they were being extremely irresponsible…ALL OF THEM. Now they’re acting like it never happened. I’m betting Old Rupert called down from on high and gave them an ear full.
Of course it will go to the states to distribute. Just not the first to demand as much as they can imagine needing getting it all and other states left with none. We don’t need to distribute masks and ventilators the way stores distributed toilet paper.

More ire towards their fellow American’s than the government of the country responsible for unleashing a global pandemic that’s throwing the world into a possible global depression. The tea party (Love them or loathe them) didn’t try to cover up a virus that is spreading across the globe, blame other countries for it, refused help in containing it, confiscated medical supplies going to the U.S. and the state televisions threatening the U.S. that they might hold back medicine to the U.S. since we like idiots import 80% of out medicine ingredients from China many tainted in the past.
Few of us on the right today have the same platform on trade as the tea party did back in the day. And a lot of us would probably be willing to debate (Pros and Cons) of some sort of universal healthcare system. It’s odd on how the country came together after 9/11 but is failing to do so in this time period. What is that phrase “United we stand divided we fall”.
