You could be right. I’ve not been very good with predicting outcomes lately, so these days I’m reluctant to even try. Elections these days don’t seem to be typical at all.

Maybe Democrats will take some seats and maybe they won’t. But once again they don’t seem to have learned their lesson about being overconfident. And we know how that landed them before.
I still think it’s very likely Ds take the House, and possibly with quite a few seats to spare. But I don’t think what happened tonight is an indication that district is going purple or blue.
