Pretty darn sure these were for the photoshoot and no, you don’t ALWAYS get to keep them, but there are times they do depending on the designer’s whims and wanting to get their brand out.

I even backed up the claim that those clothes were photoshoot and they rarely get to keep them although there are times they do if the designer wants some more publicity. Same way designers send free clothes to actresses, first ladies, etc. to boost their name.
As for her other outfits, they look pretty trendy and higher class than a bartender can afford, but what the hell. It’s her money.
