then why no criminal charges? I think you meant one of the false charges is filing false reports. This is an AG that promised in her campaign to take down the NRA. It is a political hit job and will fail.
I have no argument with you or the SC. I simply stated facts:
The NRA is an inanimate entity⌠It cannot break the law. Only humans can break the law.
JWK
Joe Biden and the Democrat Party Leadership want elderly American citizens, who paid into Medicare all their lives, to surrender and share their healthcare revenue with millions of illegal entrants who have invaded Americaâs borders.
The issue is there are laws and rules regulating charitable organizations. And they broke a great many of them. Did you read the filing? Itâs all laid out here. Hope this helps with the confusion on what the issue is.
And for what it is worth, I do think James should have brought criminal charges against LaPierre. We allow white collar criminals off the hook for their crimes way to easily and often in this country.
I know what the issue is. A political hack AG promised in her campaign to take down the NRA. if there were criminal complaints people would be charged with crimes, but no-one is⌠why is that? The political hack AG has âmoved to dissolve the NRAâ⌠will she be dissolving the right to assembly when she does so? If people who worked for the NRA violated the law, charge them.
Indeed. This is only the beginning. I have no idea. The NRA leadership has been fleecing its members for years to the tunes of millions and millions of dollars. That used to be considered a bad thing. Itâs weird.
If there are crooks, charge them, try them, and if they are found guilty, sentence them. The point here is the AG opted instead to file a law suit to âdissolve the NRAâ. The NRA is not the issue, the people who may possibly miss used funds are. So why go after the NRA? Itâs simple, a political hack law suit.
My opinion is LaPierre is a fraudster who defrauded this organization and its members, along with defrauding the state through false filings. Iâm not sure what you would deem the right moniker to assign to someone who has done these things, but criminal seems apropos.
