Larger businesses, entailing companies with 50 or more employees, actually reported a net gain of 90,000 workers. However, establishments with fewer than 50 saw a decline of 120,000.
Small businesses are the ones most affected. Hmmmmmm…could this be a ramification of illegal aliens being deported?

Haven’t seen numbers like that in a long time.
It’s a good thing we already have a jobs board ready to go.
small business are always get hit first in economic turbulence. They don’t have the capital to survive disruptions like in their work force or tariffs or other factors.

How? The primary key for payroll is social security number or itin
To get an ITIN, one must apply for one through the IRS. You have to provide documentation to get one.

walk over the border illegal no but visa overstay yes. You just need a passport and one other legal document to fill out a W-7 to get an ITN. ITN is just a federal tax document and has nothing to do with legal status.

If they are undocumented they cannot get a ITIN or social. Because that requires documents

You need documentation to submit for one. Therefore you cannot be “undocumented”
