North Korean Nuclear Program

:rofl::rofl::ok_hand:

Good one.

Trust but verify.

You need on-site inspection.

Absolutely.

You do realize don’t you that this is propaganda put out to keep him from losing face with his own people don’t you?

This is ridiculously false. They’ve only had one successful test of a LR missile and it never traveled far enough to reach another continent.

They still have yet to produce a survivable reentry vehicle either. In order to do so would require many more successful extra atmospheric flights to prove the technology.

They can build a nuke but as yet have not shown the ability to deliver one outside of their own region.

No, not even close, try again.

Let me see if I can make this simple enough for you.

The US has the computerized data from more than a thousand nuclear tests and blocks full of supercomputers that can simulate any nuclear reaction so we don’t need to fire them off anymore to see if they work or to what degree.

According to your own citation the US has conducted more tests than all other countries combined.

We also continue testing all of our launch vehicles to ensure they are reliable.

Beyond that the US has sent more rockets into space by several orders of magnitude than all other countries combined and have the most advanced guidance systems on the planet for all of our military flying machines.

The Nork’s can’t spend in a century what we spend on our rocket and missile tech in a single year.

Kim played out his bluff, Trump called it and now he’s doing what he can to save face and keep the US from flattening NK.

Hmmm…

Guess we won’t know, unless they decide to launch a missile, will we?

Are you referring to Little Rocket Man, or the North Korean tyrant?

Two faces of the same man.

They’re dismantling a site for test firing engines, which have been performing just fine. They still have the same launch capacity.

They’ve done this before.

Literally nothing they are doing is different from what they have done in past negotiations.

Lol sure it is…just like they shut down a site right?

It’s an nice gesture. But not a lot of progress.

“Some” have been performing just fine, others failed. They are still in their infancy when it comes to development of medium and long range missiles.

No they haven’t.

North Korea took a big leap forward in their rocket design in the last 2 years when it acquired engines and designs from a Ukrainian company. The last three successful long range tests were using these engines. They’re not there yet but it’s far from being in it’s infancy.

Yes they have…they’ve stopped construction on nuclear facilities and halted missile tests during negotiations with both Clinton and Bush…while keeping all their other parts of their nuclear program running full bore and often clandestinely.

Then called the US bullies and accused them of reneging on THEIR agreements when the US would sanction them for their lip service.

Same thing’s happening now. No remains returned…a test site destoyed only because a mountain collapsed…engine tests stopped because they don’t need to test the engines anymore…while the other nuclear activities continue unabated and they accuse the US of making gangster-like demands while not beginning lifting of sanctions that they claim Trump promised.

It’s EXACTLY what they’ve done in the past, but you guys imagine that Trump is “tough” and so therefore everyone’s afraid of crossing him, so you imagine capitulation when it simply is not there.

Not to mention that none of this has been subject to inspections in any way.
