That’s weird. It looks like the same flag to me. Why do “Democrats” in the Klan think it’s a good symbol for them to wave at their rallies? Why was that symbol of Southern “heritage” not used after the Civil War until it was adopted as a symbol of opposition to the Civil Rights movement in the 40s?
There’s only one definition that applies and it is found in 18 USC.

I refer to the “spirit of treason”, not the letter of the law. By advocating open borders, that is treason against the idea of nationhood. Yet these owe allegiance to the US.
They import illegals and brainwash them into seeing America as a racist bigoted nation, perverting their minds till a significant number become like La Raza, enemies of the US. They teach these how to manipulate our laws and safety net, giving “aid and comfort” to people they turned into enemies of the US.
