I’m sure the crew is glad to be rid of them. They take up a lot of space inside the tube.
Iran has thousands of bottle rockets. If they manage to hit one U.S. facility or ship, it would take us about 30 minutes to put their entire Navy at the bottom of the Gulf.
The Med? 
Yeah. like I said, the Gulf. But I can’t say with 100 percent certainty that thy don’t have any assets in the Med.
I would hope we could. The most sophisticate ship in the Iranian Navy is literally a speed boat.

My point. We should NEVER be afraid of what Iran might do to us if we hit them. There is no reason to.
Only real thing Iran could do in retaliation for all this is to try and start a General Mideast war. Like attacking Saudi and Iraqi oil fields and stuff like that. I suspect that’s the vague ultimatum they’ve issued to the US to keep us from just regime changing the place.
The modern equivalent to the corvettes favored by the Caribbean pirates of old.
A bad strategy if the mad moolahs choose that option. A unified Mideast against Iran would erupt. Too much money at stake.
They are an authoritarian religious regime. They want to stay in power.
Agreed, hence their ridiculous responses of “we will not negotiate with America” and “Israel ain’t seen nothing yet”.
