They’re just going to keep looking at each proposal individually and tell you it’s “only” (fill in their fabricated amount) and then call for you to move to the next one so they can dismiss it too.

I think your end up with some states dumping and polluting like crazy if enforcement is left to the states.
Our debt is of course partially about spending. It’s also things like trump tax cuts which cost us 4T dollars.
The same way restaurants get a letter grade.
That being said i have a feeling that we can draw a line from the federal budget to local health departments.
Quit making things up. I never said eliminate the EPA. And no state wants to trash their own enviromnent. They actually do a great job on their own. You libs need to stop lying about wanting to reduce the debt. That would be a good place to start. Would you be in favor of eliminating the military branch of the EPA?

I’m in favor or diplomacy and free trade with those countries. Why do we have to give them a taxpayer-funded bribe in order to not be “isolationist”.

The myopic nature of isolationist rhetoric is that it only looks at bad foreign spending (of which there is plenty) but a lot of it and i mean a lot has to do with trade.
Just to give the simplest example - China owns significant American debt and because of trade it won’t call it in. We have gotten drunk on that fact but it is a fact
That doesn’t change a thing.
We the people made an agreement to pay taxes. We agreed to the penalties of not paying taxes.
Once the government gets our agreed upon amount… it is the government’s money.
If we want the government to take less, we vote for representatives who will change the law to take less.
