which is not spending money and therefor does not have to be “paid for”. Not taking money from people does not cost anything.
It would increase the deficit.
How would that shortfall be made up?
I am not even sure how this would even function. The overtime pay I earn is lumped into my weekly check… this would basically create a new category of income.
I say we get rid of income tax altogether.
