Last year around this time we found out about the Trump Tower meeting. Don Jr. clearly stated that he understood that the Russian lawyer would provide dirt on the Hillary campaign. For one year that has remained a major distraction. There is likely no one who isn’t aware of the particulars surrounding the meeting and how it was billed.

Where exactly is the headline? What has changed? What did Trump reveal that we didn’t already know?

Trump made this “admission” a YEAR ago.
And he did so because it is NOT illegal or unethical to get dirt on your political opponent.
Ask Hillary Clinton, who got dirt on Paul Manafort from Ukraine, and used it DURING the election. She also got dirt on Trump from Christopher Steele and Russians and tried to use it during the election. It was such nonsense garbage that most of the press ignored it during the election and only looked at it afterwards.
When it becomes against the law to get opposition research on a political opponent - from ANY legitimate source - you let me know.
