Lol.
Then why isn’t sessions investigating HRC?
Lol.
Then why isn’t sessions investigating HRC?
Where did the much of the info in the dossier come from?
Smyrna:
DOLOOP:
Whaddaya think? Working directly with Russians who are acting expressly at the will of the Russian government to help influence an election in your favor? Good or bad?
Who is Chris Steele? Who did he work with to produce his dossier? What country were they from? Who paid Chris Steele? Yep…all this to influence the election. Good or bad?
What offer from the Russian government did anyone take on that? Zero.
Trump outright admitted that his son got an offer from representatives of the Russian government and took them up on it.
It seems like the whole conversation has morphed from “it was about adoptions” to “yeah but somebody else did something similar”
Lol.
Then why isn’t sessions investigating HRC?
Umm, because, A) his role is not as an investigator and B) He has recused himself due to his involvement in the campaign. He has not ruled out an investigation, either being currently under way or in the future, only that he wouldn’t be part of it.
This is really really important. So Putin agreed to give the Mueller team access to the 12 indicted Russians in exchange for the same privilege for Russia to have access to Obama’s ambassador to Russia.
The White House confirmed Wednesday that Trump was considering a proposal from the Russian president to allow Kremlin officials to question McFaul and other individuals in exchange for allowing U.S. investigators to sit in on the questioning of 12 Russians indicted on charges of trying to undermine the 2016 U.S. election.
Why is Trump open to letting Russia interrogate Americans, including former U.S…
The controversy over Trump’s meeting with Vladimir Putin and comments about Russian meddling in elections has now extended to include a former U.S. ambassador and a Chicago-born businessman.
But… wait… suddenly the Trump haters are backpedaling… no… no… they say. Its not THAT important…
You people get tangled up in your own lies.
If Meuller were to go down this path, Putin would be a target of the investigation. I wonder if he would agree to be interviewed.
lol. What is triggered about my response?
Did HRC agree to sit down with representatives of the Kremlin to discuss how they could help her campaign?
Did HRC even release the info from the dossier?
…that the trump tower meeting was about getting dirt on hillary on Fox News.com.
What a joke.
Fox is just a Trump/GOP propaganda agent.
What do you feel it was about? Jesus boxing Hillary ads, or DNC e-mails showing it was a rigged system?

No, she had a paid agent do it for her. And yes the info was spread around liberally.

Nah…Sessions ain’t gonna OK investigating it because…
"It would take “a factual basis that meets the standard of a special counsel”

Attorney General Jeff Sessions on Tuesday pushed back on the immediate need for a second special counsel to investigate former Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton. It would take “a…

Seems pretty clear. Strange that the DOJ doesn’t think there is a factual basis for an investigation.
No she didn’t.
Your intellectual dishonesty is stunning sometimes.

I was unaware a special counsel is the only way to investigate something.

Not what Sessions said.

Get back to me when the DOJ investigates Hillary on criminal charges. Its not happening because…duh!
By the way…John Oliver had a nice take on Trump admitting his team was colluding with the Russians.

On Last Week Tonight, John Oliver dissected Trump’s tactics in the Russia investigation and Paul Manafort’s spending habits

Sorry, we don’t know that they aren’t. And we won’t know they are until or unless charges are brought.

Sure man. Any day now the super secret inside investigation into Hillary will suddenly become public knowledge and we’ll finally be able to “lock her up.” Sure, sure.
Meanwhile in reality land- numerous indictments, guilty pleas and a trial later- a true investigation continues.

Are you under the impression the FBI keeps us up to date on what it is or isn’t investigating?
zantax:
So your main objection is, Trump didn’t hire a law firm to do his dirty work for him like Hillary did?
Nah- my main objection is that the Trump team literally agreed to sit down with a Kremlin operative to get information on their political opponent “as part of Russia and its government’s support for Mr. Trump.”
Come on man. There’s literally nothing wrong with Obama/team sitting down with North Korea to get dirt on Mitt Romney in exchange for lifting sanctions on North Korea. Nothing wrong at all.
