To this point in the season, Pittsburgh is the least penalized team, with 25 flags thrown.
Cleveland is the most, with 56.

Just started watching the game today… Steelers have a penalty every other play so far. They’re on track for 200 yards of penalties this game. Not even 10 minutes in and 6 penalties. They can’t look at Baltimore without getting flagged. Baltimore can do no wrong. They’re getting handed this game.
God I’ve missed this. 
Yeah, Thomas jumps into Rudolph with the crown of his helmet, knocks him out cold, and doesn’t even get a penalty. I know you miss that. Steelers opponents can’t literally do anything. Knock a guy out cold and not even get flagged.
That’s ok, nothing will happen to Thomas. He was just making a football play, hit the quarter back in the strike zone, and ended up leading with his helmet to hit Rudolph dead in the face mask. Totally a legal football play.

I agree with you in this instance, Thomas should’ve been thrown out of the game.
He got off consequence-free, and Baltimore won the game. Mission accomplished.
At least we know now that the NFL doesn’t give a damn about concussions at all, and that dumb movie was complete ■■■■■■■■■ Thomas was happy staying in the game.
And another bad ■■■■■■■ call against the Steelers. ■■■■■■■ rigged. Nothing ever goes in their favor.
■■■■■■■ ■■■■■■■■■ Every big play the Steelers have gets called back on ■■■■■■■■ calls. Never happens to their opponents. Even when they ducking knock out the Steelers quarterback.
