On the other hand, when Trump’s administration approves the merger of T-Mobile and Sprint, a merger the Justice Department said was not necessary, after the CEO of T-Mobile spent a huge amount of money in Trump’s DC hotel, then we can criticize Trump for being corrupt and bribable, which have nothing to do with racism at all.

When a person treats members of different races differently that can be racist. There doesn’t have to be an explicit mention of race.

Money. You didn’t have to personally have anything against black people at that time to know renting to them would cause affluent white people to avoid your property and reduce the price you could get for your units.
