There are no GOP Senators that are not really RINOs and the term RINO has basically become a ridiculous term. GOP Senators such as McConnell, Gardner, Grassley, Rubio and Toomey are Republicans to the bone.

Establishment type Republicans are better at winning elections than hard right-wing Republicans are. The Republicans back in 2014 were able to pick up as many as nine Senate seats then mostly because they had establishment type candidates. And McConnell was part of the reason why that happened.
