That is simply not true. There was a judicial determination made. President Donald Trump engaged in a conspiracy with AMI and Cohen in August of 2015 to try and impact the election by catching a killing stories that would have cast the then Candidate Trump in a negative light and diminished his chances at winning the election. Shell companies and falsified invoices were then constructed in furtherance of this illegal scheme, to hide the money trail. I’m not sure you realize just how bad this is for the President. He is in serious legal jeopardy and will possibly face prison once indicted for his role in these multiple crimes. Does that not bother you in the least?
Like what happened with Paul Manafort and Rick Gates. The latter of which owned up to his role in the various crimes, while the other contested the charges in court. How did that turn out again for Mr. Manafort?
In this case we will have Mr. Cohen, Mr. Pecker, and other Executives at AMI, including AMI’s counsel, who have all admitted to being a part of the scheme. And you’re hoping President Trump will contest in court. How do you suspect it will play out?
My guess is that it will end the same way virtually all criminal conspiracy cases end when multiple players admit to their role, and the one denying it lands in prison

My my my how short our memory is - remember the democrat candidate for President that used campaign funds to pay off a pregnant lady and even gave her support money? My bet is you all forgot his name? Well hint he is a very rich Lawyer and was the darling of the left?
And he was charged with committing crimes. And the two situations are hardly apples to apples. But if denial makes you feel better, enjoy it while you can. It will be tougher for you though when reality comes knocking.

Answer: No Cohen used his own personal money prior to the election by taking out a fraudulent loan to finance the payment to Daniels. After the election then Trump arranged for that money to be paid back.
Also, research “in kind contributions” as they relate to campaigns. It doesn’t matter if the money came from Cohen or Trumps personal funds as paying off a porn star 11-days before an election that happened 10 years prior and which was initially brought to the media in 2011 (with no payment then) because the intent was to hide the information from the American public as part of the campaign. If it had been to protect his family then the payoff and NDA would have been done in 2011 when she first went to the press.

I was hoping we could wait till 2020 to vote Trump out and avoid the whole impeachment mess, but now it looks like Congress may not even have a choice.
Trump’s own justice department has implicated him in a federal crime. Does anybody really believe there is a chance in hell republicans wouldn’t impeach if situations were reversed?
One small correction. Implicated him in multiple federal crimes. And that is just for this one series of events. He very well will be implicated in several more state and federal crimes regarding the Trump Foundation. And this is all before Mr. Mueller reveals all that he has learned, or the NY AG begins the deep review of the Trump Organization.

It would seem that Mr. Giuliani needs to try a different approach here, because this one clearly will fail for him and President Donald Trump.
