If it is so important for the Republicans to call corroborating witnesses why has the only Republican input has been the Trump Administration telling people not to testify?

What a load. It absolutely cannot be open. If witnesses were able to watch the news and hear what testimony previous witnesses had given, the entire process would be tainted. But then, y’all have been told this repeatedly and it makes no difference.

I’m so disappointed in Republicans lately. Why aren’t they defending the President when Dems are leaking only the parts of the investigation that make Donald Trump look bad? They basically have one job and they’re screwing it up.

While the transcripts are held and controlled…Not going to work that way.
Pelosi can do it against precedent.

Getting to the truth would be horrible.
You only need secret testimony when you have no evidence.
A full house vote authorizing and laying out the rules for the inquiry? Oh the horror.

There are Republicans on committees, and supposedly permitted to interview witnesses as the Democrats do.
It has been alleged that many Republicans don’t attend.
Why wouldn’t they? What is more important for them to do?
I know there are no transcripts released, these hearings are like grand jury depositions.
Is the list of attendants public knowledge? I’d like to know if my guy is there?
