Every American should be concerned that the leader of the most powerful country on earth is unable perform basic human physical functions.
Heās leading with his left leg going down the ramp. He drinks with his right hand, but needs his left to assist lifting the glass to his mouth.

That ramp looked treacherous, so I donāt really blame Fat Donald for taking it slowly.
When youāre morbidly obese and frail like he is, you could easily break a hip if falling on a surface like that.
Plus, he wears those lifts in his shoes which must make sloped surfaces hard to navigate.
Now the water thing is concerning. He couldnāt even lift a pound of water and glass to his mouth without resorting to two hands.
What could be causing such obvious weakness?
