Trump reinstated a report published by ICE showing secondary crimes committed by illegal immigrants after a detainer was declined and the immigrant released back into the public. The latest report just issued last week is catching up from 2918 data. A few things to keep in mind while reading the report:
• the data is just for California
• this is only for one quarter
• just for crime committed after a detainer was declined for the original crime
