Of course companies will always look for ways to minimize costs, but the areas in which will have the largest demand are high skilled fields. Ultimately, if a person’s skill set is valuable, then their employability rises.
Oh we’ve always had that. We’d also need an equally proportionate number of people willing and able to pay people to do those jobs. That we’ll never have. Because there aren’t enough people with that much wealth anymore who want to part with it. You could go work for Bezos I guess. He’ll start you out at $15/hr. He’s a billionaire. He can afford it.
