OP, Trump had 3 years to do this… 2 of them with Republicans in charge of every branch of government. Seems that Trump failed you.
What worries me is that the Chinese have so much control over our politicians right now I’m not sure that there’s a way back. There’s just too damned much of our money in their pockets which they can use to buy votes.

Well unlike his predecessor he hasn’t decided to simply ignore the law, constitution, and tradition and simply govern by fiat.
The Potus can promote an agenda but any substantive change requires cooperation with the congress.
