Lying piece of you know what

Lying Merrick Garland…a piece of ■■■■ claiming CoJ applies the same laws to everyone in his testimony to congress.

“Our job is to uphold the rule of the law. That means we apply the same laws to everyone. There is not one set of laws for the powerful and another for the powerless, one for the rich and another for the poor, one for Democrats, and another for Republicans; or different rules depending upon one’s race, or ethnicity or religion.”

Garland added, “Our job is to pursue to justice, without fear or favor. Our job is not to do what is politically convenient. Our job is not to take orders from the president, from Congress, or from anyone else, about who or what to criminally investigate.”

As I said…lying piece of ■■■■■ And American people knows his lying piece of ■■■■■

Sounds good to me and I appreciate his work.

Thugs don’t like it, they can cry about it. In prison.

he’s pathetic

i like the way Ukranian born Congresswoman Spartz skewered him comparing the way he weaponized the justice system to the KGB, slow walking investigations into clinton, hunter, etc and so forth

get him, girl!

Lol thanks for the daily chuckle. Loved Garlands response.

Great! Garland deserved that and then some.

Ideally, this should be true. The Constitution prevails above all, as it is the supreme law of the land, as the founding fathers put it.

I think he was stating his vision, or the vision, of the ideals of the DoJ and SC. Not what it is right now. To be fair, I didn’t see him say, “we are treating everyone fairly right now.” I thought it was more along the lines of, “this is how our job should be- to uphold the law, irrespective of whether one is rich or poor, etc.”

He is only one justice, even if presiding over the other justices. Perhaps he should be saying this to his colleagues across the isle.

What the ■■■■ was she going on about?

He should be investigating these people, so I don’t want to say he lied, but that his actions and his ideals aren’t holding true to each other.

Investigating who? I honestly am not sure what her complaint is.

He’s a hypocrite, not a liar.

As far as I can tell she is complaining about investigations that started during the Trump administration and Garland did nothing to interfere with them.

Durham flopped not because Garland stood in the way… he flopped because there was no there there.

That is why I am not sure what her complaint actually is.
