Some of us were trying very hard to get someone else nominated. When Cruz pulled out, though, it was all over.
I had been a lifelong Republican up until that point. No longer. I left the party immediately, and will not return unless they repudiate Trumpism.

Very few Trump supporters running cover for him in here. I guess if I had spent 24 hours defending his idiotic statements at the summit and he did a complete 180 on me, I’d be a little confused and pissed off.
