A shift of only 1.4% in the vote going Rispone’s way and he would be governor.

Regarding Ky, a lot of people conveniently forget that many on the right saw Bevin’s election as a sign that we should have seen Trump coming. Polling in Ky was sparse, but showed a closer race. Bevin won pretty big (against a young AG). What didn’t Ky Rs like about him? He’s just like Trump. He’s not PC, he tells it like it is, he governs to the right, etc. He’s a big Trump supporter. What wasn’t to like?
All of the above would be squeakers.
