Looks like riot season is upon us

Why wouldn’t he? The largest city in his state is rioting. Aren’t leaders supposed to be accessible during a crisis? Oh wait…. never mind.

It’s California. Newsome probably has a “stunt double” to deal with unpleasantries.

Didn’t Ol Joey from Scranton’s people say that about him?

There are already rules for FEDERALIZING National Guard troops. Greasy Gavin is ignorant and looking to remain relevant. If the USSC does anything they should review those rules then tell Newsom to go back to school.

They have skateboards.

Newsome: I stand with people who are opposed to our country, who rioted under the flag of another country, who want to be here illegally and still use this country’s resources. I opposed ending that rioting. And I want you to agree with me by voting me for your next president!

what a weird flex when Trumps proof was not from the day he said he called plus anyone can name a contact Newsom.

But ok

Federal judge rejects Newsom’s emergency motion to block Trump’s deployment of troops to Los Angeles

Jan 6th was a midget “riot”.

95 percent just walked thru.

The 2020 summer of “love” with burning, looting, beating, and killing (570 real riots) and the libs dare to compare them.

How many years did you serve in the Marine Corps??

Absolutely NONE of what you mentioned is relevant here.
Barracks duty?!?!? You mean waxing floors, cleaning heads, being assigned to base grounds maintenance??

Embassy Duty, unless ordered by the Ambassador, they leave ALL crowd control to local law enforcement, only if/when the embassy grounds are breached to the Marines get involved, and when they do, it is not to arrest. There is a reason they have an armory that contains more than service sidearms and rifles.

The only thing Marines do on Naval vessels is protect the nukes, Navy Masters at Arms provide all other security.

White House Marines are mostly ceremonial, Secret Service is in charge of protection.

FYI, I served just short of 7 year’s in the Corps, and NONE of our training in boot or after was for riot/crowd control.

Letting them burn LA is a tempting option.

You continue to side with the Greasy One. His track record is less than stellar.

I won’t lie.
The thought crossed my mind.

Then we would be on the hook for nation building in the No More Gold State.

Siding with the calendar on this one.

Yeah,
it didn’t make any sense.

But the momentary thought did happen.

Wow.

No barracks duty is what they call the embassy duty, gitmo duty, etc. in the Marines. For example barracks duty at 8th and I.

Didn’t realize it was an inside thing.

AI Overview

+10
“Barracks duty at 8th & I” refers to serving at the Marine Barracks Washington, D.C., (also known as 8th & I), a U.S. Marine Corps base in Washington, D.C. The Barracks is famous for its ceremonial duties, including providing funeral details at Arlington National Cemetery, full honors at the Pentagon, and participating in parades.

Exactly. Kinda like a breach of a federal building in Smell-A?

Well now that would depend upon the ROE.

As I said. Protecting Naval vessels. Carriers, Subs, etc.

Really don’t see what you’re trying to argue here.

Again incorrect. Secret Service guards the President, US Marines guard the White House.

Duh! That happens at SOI as most of the Marines sent to barracks duty are 0311’s.

What was your MOS?

He has a podcast to plan and record ya know. No time for Governor-ing and such nonsense.

Priorities man, priorities.

Face it, Libs are simply so much better at rioting than Conservatives.
