If the local authorities won’t maintain order, then the President has the tools to do so. This isn’t the summer of love.

And when arrests happen, they will be on federal obstruction of justice charges. Which means the local Soros DA won’t be able to refuse to prosecute. His office won’t even be in the loop. And the local state judge won’t have jurisdiction. That means charges, fines and or jail time, permanent criminal records.

What would the Biden administration do if an angry mob tried to stop government officials from performing their duties because they disagreed with them, and some destroyed property and threw things at cops?

He tried to let the local authorities handle it. Probably at the recommendation of his weak assed first set of advisors. He has a different, hand picked crew this time. And they are cutting out any local jurisdiction who won’t help.

Really? Going all the way back to Kent State in the Vietnam War. You can expect the NG to be armed with riot gear. flack vests, shields, 30 inch pine batons, kevlars with face shields, and their protective masks. Riot control is an old, old set of tactics from the 70s and 80s. Stomp and drag, 3 files deep, diamond formation teams to extract agitator leaders from the protection of the mob. Select response teams armed with 12 gauges and beanbag rounds. And there will be arrests, lots of arrests.
