“The work that I get assigned is from the Secretary,” Porter told the committee, which published the transcript of her closed-door testimony on Friday. “There are times that Mrs. Pompeo relays that work to me.”
Those requests are relayed “often by email – sometimes by phone, but often by email,” Porter said, confirming that Susan Pompeo was using a private email account.
Later in the interview, Porter was asked if she was ever given tasks that made her “uncomfortable, whether ethically or otherwise?” She responded, “yes,” and when asked to elaborate, said on “two occasions I assisted with personal Christmas cards.”
Asked why she felt uncomfortable, Porter replied, “Because I was at the State Department.”
Wow. So…remember how using a private email server was bad? How about using a private email server, and having your WIFE give the orders. Oh, and also, making your staff do your X-mas cards?
Anyone upset about this? Or is it just owning the libs?

Yea Susie’s got no business running the State Department from her email or using g taxpayer paid employees for her personal business. Mikey’s a big boy, he needs to do his job by himself.
So it seems most people no longer care about official business being done on private servers. And in this case, no one really cares that a non-state department employee was directing employees.
