I hope no one else died. Only hearing about 9 being shot. And not long ago Toronto had that terrible terrorist attack. Used to be a very safe city.
That would be a mistake on their part.
one confirmed death outside of the shooter, the city is still quite safe violence happen you can’t stop it.
