Well sometimes a bill’s (law’s) title does not match what the law actually says.
Since I know only the title of the bill, there is at least some chance the judge made the correct ruling.
We can no longer expect our (ahem) journalists to get off their asses and away from their computers, (do their jobs)
but they could have at least clicked around and found the parts of the law and parts of the ruling that the judge relied on.

I don’t think any of the events you listed are terrorism. I’d go so far as to say calling any of those terrorism cheapens the term. They were murders, assassinations… whatever you want to call them.
Well either way, this makes millions of people in your party happy. Their beloved Luigi won’t get executed. The same ones who spit on ICE agents and celebrated the murder of Charlie Kirk.

I’m happy any time a decision is made not to use the force of government to execute citizens.
It should require a clear and unambiguous political goal achieved through violence. It should be designed to pressure governments to accede to political demands.
Killing people on a plane to send a message is only terrorism, in my mind, if it also meets the above. Otherwise it’s murder.
