Read her bio. She’s been involved in politics for years, she’s no neophyte.

Gotta make sure she’s registered to vote in CA though. I hope they don’t miss that step when she becomes a senator. Can you vote on legislation before the senate if you’re not registered to vote in the state you’re representing?

I would say involved in abortion marketing would be more accurate.

When I see her name my mind sometimes goes to laff-a-lose-a

Weird.

I am sure she will do better than Fetterman.

I don’t know if the US Senate has a rule like that, but I doubt that they do.

You just think he’d be able to, you know… find a resident of the state for this role.

That name is to avoid confusion.

That question is garnering toxic levels of avoidance.

If technically legal…It still smells wrong.

:skunk:

Being involved in politics has nothing to do with it. Her particular political involvement is peddling abortion. Imho that’s a negative. This country has too many politicians.

She lives in Maryland and isn’t even registered to vote in California.

She lived there for 12 years before moving to head a non profit.

Now she will be moving back. Seems ok to me.

Oh, OK. Avoid confusion…Got it.

She Has a home in CA. Should be a simple matter to update her residency.

She will have.

I lived in CA for a year and a half in the Army. Guess that makes me qualified too.

She lived there a lot longer than you…

So what’s the proper length of time one must reside there? She lived there, I lived there…

What’s the quota number?
