No…it’s not going to get harder and harder to defend.
I was just on Facebook talking about Trump’s latest…where asked about the Omar marrying her brother rumor, repeated “I’ve heard she married her brother” three times, then implied that someone in his administration “was looking into that”.
On that FB page, Trump got full-throated support for doing that.
I replied that I now believe Trump when he said he could shoot someone on 5th Avenue and they wouldn’t bat an eyelash…would probably claim the victim was a socialist and deserved it.
The response I got?
“If he did, he’d be killing a traitor”.
It’s not becoming harder to defend…it’s becoming easier.
The longer people stand aside and let this happen…the more accepted it becomes.
