Kill a Man, Get Probation

It would certainly heal the victim’s family knowing that the two dirt bags that killed their father/son/brother are paying for their crime.

It’s not different.

Do you think these kids intended to kill this man?

Or did they intend to kick his ass, and things went too far?

I don’t think it would.

Blood expiation heals?

This is a universal and juridically sound principle?

It is completely different. They intended to beat him. Do you know what it takes to beat someone to death?

Absolutely. It helps.

You asked me a question and I gave you an answer.

Sorry you don’t like my answer.

Go troll elsewhere.

I’d like an answer please?

My friend intended to drive drunk.

What it takes to “beat someone to death” depends entirely on the medical condition of the person in question.

A light tap on the head can dislodge a clot that causes a stroke.

They had kicked his ass after the first 30 seconds. He didn’t stand a chance.

They kept beating him. Much like how Chauvin kept his knee on Floyd’s neck long after he was beaten and wasn’t a threat.

You aren’t being trolled. Your assertions are being directly, and non-adversarially, examined.

Is it a universal principle that vengeance heals or comforts the kin of victims?

The mechanism?

Stop dude.

Mechanism?

I’ve gotten into fights before. I know you have, too.

What if things had gone too far?

Manslaughter and prison.

You didn’t get into fights as a kid?

I didn’t gang up on anybody with my brother and beat them to death for $1.
